The Aprilia RSV 1000 R adalah motor sport sepeda motor yang dibuat oleh perusahaan Italia Aprilia dari tahun 2004 sampai 2010. Seiring dengan motor Aprilia redesign berganti nama menjadi RSV dari RSV Mille ke RSV 1000 R . Hal ini ditawarkan dalam tiga versi: RSV 1000 R (sedangkan "R" penunjukan pada RSV Mille menandakan semakin tinggi versi spec) adalah versi standar, versi yang lebih tinggi spesifikasi adalah RSV 1000 R Factory , dan Aprilia membuat versi edisi terbatas yang disebut RSV 1000 R Nera .
The RSV 1000 R Factory comes with fully adjustable Öhlins Racing rear monoshock and adjustable Öhlins steering damper, blue anodized forged aluminium wheels, frame finished in black, and carbon fibre parts.
For 2006 the RSV 1000 R Factory won the Maxisport category for Masterbike 2006 and overall Masterbike of the year.
